My apologies if this has already been asked and answered AND I apologize further if this is the wrong alias to ask, but here goes:
The Catalyst::REST::Controller code base from CPAN is what processes/enforces our URIs, so we are not involved in direct code on that front. So, we are wondering if it is technically accurate for us if we reference RFC 3986 as the definitive source for the URI scheme that is accepted/used by our API? This URL to RFC3986 is: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986 Thanks in advance for any answers or pointers with this. Mike Jessie API Documentation Verio, Inc.
