The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List: modid: Mysql::PrettyPrinter DSLIP: adpOg description: Lean, efficient SQL pretty-printer for MySQL userid: NICZERO (Nic Sandfield) chapterid: 7 (Database_Interfaces) communities:
similar: SQL::Beautify rationale: This module is specific to the MySQL flavour of SQL in contrast to SQL::Beautify which supports those wanting to clean up standard SQL (biased towards Oracle SQL). Mysql::PrettyPrinter will be extended to support additional uses, such as when you want your SQL to be all on one line, or when you need to convert to/from Perl/PHP wrapped syntax. There are many confusing namespaces for MySQL-specific modules, but after some consideration and discussions on IRC, I reckon Mysql:: is the most sensible top-level namespace to be within. yours, Nic enteredby: NICZERO (Nic Sandfield) enteredon: Fri Nov 5 10:35:16 2010 GMT The resulting entry would be: Mysql:: ::PrettyPrinter adpOg Lean, efficient SQL pretty-printer for MySQL NICZERO Thanks for registering, -- The PAUSE PS: The following links are only valid for module list maintainers: Registration form with editing capabilities: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_mod&USERID=ba200000_7ea92e21cc62044e&SUBMIT_pause99_add_mod_preview=1 Immediate (one click) registration: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_mod&USERID=ba200000_7ea92e21cc62044e&SUBMIT_pause99_add_mod_insertit=1 Peek at the current permissions: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?pause99_peek_perms_by=me&pause99_peek_perms_query=Mysql%3A%3APrettyPrinter
