why:
I plan on contributing my UP::Notify module for sending "Net
Alerts" to cellular phones that run the Phone.com/Openwave WAP
browser. I also plan on eventually submitting a few modules that
will allow you to request data from my TelcoData.US website, which
will use my backend APIs and return data in an easily useable
fashion.
