The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       Time::Local::Extended
  DSLIP:       bdpfg
  description: Extends 2038 date/time barrier to 2098.
  userid:      BOBO (Bob O'Neill)
  chapterid:    6 (Data_Type_Utilities)
  communities:
    #perl

  similar:
    Time::Local Time::Local::2074

  rationale:

    This module supercedes Time::Local::2074. It extends the date
    barrier from 2038 to 2098. The module name has changed to "Extended"
    for future extensibility.

    Time::Local::Extended allows the user access to functions that
    override CORE::localtime(), CORE::gmtime(), and the Time::Local
    functions timelocal() and timegm(). The benefit of using
    Time::Local::Extended is the ability to seamlessly use dates beyond
    2038, all the way out to 2098. Time::Local::Extended seems to be a
    logical place for this module.

    Thank you for consideration.

The resulting entry would be:

Time::Local::
::Extended bdpfg Extends 2038 date/time barrier to 2098. BOBO
