why:
PkgMgr::Gentoo -- a module to allow access to the portage build
system, which would ( eventually ) include both scripts and one or
more modules. Also, if there is interest from users of other unixish
(linux or cygwin or bsd or whatever), and if it appears useful,
perhaps a PkgMgr::Generic superclass, to allow consistent access to
the pkgmgr across disparate system. I am not married to the name,
but I think it works.
