Our company was established in the name of Zhanjiang Si Yu Aquatic Product Co.
Ltd. Then for more than 10 years, our products and reputation grew and economic
benefit increased annually, besides, we imported several production and processing
facilities, which upgrade our production scale.
Our company specializes in culturing, purchasing, processing, storing and
marketing of shrimp, fish and clam and is able to store 1000 metric tons of frozen
products, has a 2000 square meter preliminary processing workshop, a 2000 square meter
value added processing workshop, an air-conditioned processing plant which conforms
with the related international standards. What is more, it has one IQF, 7 sets contact
freezing machines, three four m.ton air cold quick-freezing machine, an ice maker
which air breast of 70 metric ton daily production and other auxiliary equipments. As
far as personnel is concerned, it has high profiled technical management and more than
700 skillful worked.
All our products are processed in the accordance with HACCP and ISO 9002, which
help guarantee a reliable quality.
It has been registered with FDA and has an annual processing capacity of more than
3000 metric tons. Most of our products are for exports to USA, Japan and EU counties
and have been widely accepted and recognized by many customers. From the domestic
side, we enjoy a long term relationship and cooperation with local customers as well.
Our main products fall into two categories, that is processing, quick-freezing and
culturing of South American white shrimp, head-on, headless, PD, PUD, Butterfly, Easy-
peel.
