rationale:
Net::TcpDumpLog is a library to read tcpdump/libpcap logs easily.
It is similar to Net::SnoopLog, however it reads tcpdump logs not
snoop logs.
It has similar capabilities to Net::RawIP::libpcap, however it is a
pure perl implementation not an interface, and is designed to be
easy to use.
An example of why reading tcpdump logs can be useful in perl is,
