Maybe using the name GIS::Shape thus finally starting
the GIS namespace.
Stupid me, there is already GISI namespace for GIS intefaces and GISI:SHAPE but that is just alpha, maybe there is no working code. That's by Aleksandr Sorokin. There is also Geo namespace and Geo::ShapeFile already in version 2.4. by Jason Kohles.
