rationale:
The reason for this module is that it is very hard to get ANSI
support on windows. Yes there is ansi.com and ansi.exe but it's hard
to find them.. Much harder then finding a Perl-module :)
This module uses either ANSI-Color or Win32::Console, depending on
the preferences and/or the OS.
It only send color to STDOUT, so therfor Color::Output seemed a
good name for it.
