There is currently no module that does translations between FITS
headers that are specific to one astronomical instrument and generic
headers. This will allow for more generic and portable code to be
written.
This module slots perfectly under the Astro::FITS namespace as it
deals with astronomical data (thus Astro) and specifically FITS
headers (thus FITS).
