rationale:
Using Apache::Session in AxKit XSP code is too cumbersome, but
Jörg Walter's AxKit::XSP::Session taglib (which replaced my old
and, now deprecated AxKit::XSP::Session) is too complicated for most
simple uses. Therefore, AxKit::XSP::BasicSession is a simple and
easy-to-install session module for simple pages.
