CGI::ValidOp (tentative name) Aim: the simplest possible way to
correctly validate CGI parameters. Usage: - Feed a tree (hash) of
permitted operations and all their parameters (including how they're
too be validated) into a constructor. - Get back an object
containing the current op (i.e. runmode) and all parameters,
validated and correctly untainted, along with any errors messages
generated by the process.
