After trying to contact the author of Tie::SortHash to no avail, I
have decided to contribute Tie::SortedHash. Tie::SortHash has
numerous defects to include using pseudohashes. I spent a great deal
of time trying to come up with a way to correct the problems, but
always ran into backward compatability issues. For this reason I
want to upload Tie::SortedHash, a better module.
