Getopt::Long AppConfig ConfigReader
rationale:
The idea of this very simple module is to extend the use of
Getopt::Long with files. The options are read from the file and
inserted into @ARGV, and then Getopt::Long will parse them as usual.
This method is inspired by some Debian tools that use such
configuration files (dpkg).
