Extensions to the DBI live in the DBIx:: namespace.

There are many modules that also aim to provide a simplified
interface to the DBI. Please compare yours with them and, if
you think yours offers significant new functionality over
any of them, please resubmit with a new (better) name in the
DBIx::* namespace.
