why:
I'm currently considering doing a module probably called
Text::CapitalizeTitle which would attempt to apply english title
capitalization rules to an arbitrary string (if the author of
Text::Capitalize is interested in patches, however, I might skip
this).
The other thing I'm working on is a module to access the slocate
database on unix box directly (without using the command-line
"locate").
