In the widest sense, this module converts something, namely TOC
files. It also allows to extratc and create image files and tracks,
so it's kind of an archiving module, too.
I haven't seen much information on image formats, and burning even
the common .bin/.cue is not possible under non-windows systems. This
module should enable people to convert foreign image formats into
something they can use. I haven't seen any other (free) piece of
code that does this.
