I wrote plugins for Apache AxKit and still plan to further this
development and share it with the community. In addition I am the
co-author of XIMS (http://xims.info/) and we are thinking of a
sensible way to use CPAN to help users adding XIMS modules and help
installing XIMS using Bundles
