Business::Ship is a shipping API, currently it only implements shipping
cost calculations for UPS and USPS. Before I upload it to PAUSE, I would
like some feedback.
* Namespace: is Business::Ship a good spot for this? Alternatives?
- Related, but different modules are: Business::UPS, Business::FedEx,
and Business::FedEx::DirectConnect.
* Technology: How is the design? Good, bad, ugly? (Hubris question)
