This is a request for a rename from AFOXSON to FOX. Per Andreas'
instruction, I'm applying for this new PAUSE account, and will then
pass all permissions to the new ID and start uploading new versions
to the new ID. I'll then remove all of the files in the old account
and retire it. Thank you.
