As I understand it, Lingua:: is for spoken languages, rather than
programming languages.

Maybe Acme:: is a better namespace? Or Language::, which already has
Language::ML, Language::Basic, and Language::Prolog (and even
Language::Ook, "an Ook! interpreter"!)?
