I've uploaded a new module called Geo::CountryFlags which basically returns a path to a local GIF file based on the ISO country code, fetching and storing locally the file if necessary from the CIA database.
I was going through the name space registration form but can not figure out which "chapter" Geo belongs to.... help please! Michael
