MODULE description:
I have write a module: POE::Component::Server::PreforTCP,
I design the module to simple the work who want to
write a TCP server, which can pre-fork multi child servers,
the master server control how many child and the
child server accept the multi-connection.( like Apache 2 ).
The Code depend on the POE package .
And, I plan to use the module to write a full function
email server all in perl. ( to release it to CPAN of course
if i have enough time to finish it ).
