This module can be easily used to validate the spelling of form-based data. The module has been tested / was developed under RedHat Linux at the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology at the University of Washington. The general purpose of this module was to make an easy to use, extensible, stable, and efficient spellchecker that would be used by our web tools, the Catalyst Tools. The module was completed over the summer and after some testing I feel that it could be useful to the rest of the perl community.
