three weeks ago I've submitted a request to include the new Log::Log4perl module in
the CPAN
namespace, but haven't seen a response yet. Can you please take a look? Here's the

Log::Log4perl is a full-scale Perl implemenation of the widely
popular Java-based Log4j logging package. It the de-facto logging
standard.
It requires the Log::Dispatch module to be installed and reuses all
of its "appenders" to avoid duplication of code.
