  modid:       Net::RDate

  rationale:

    This module provides an object-oriented API for the Time Protocol,
    as defined in RFC 868. Using it, you can retrieve a UNIX timestamp
    corresponding to the time on a remote server.

    This module has been named Net::RDate because the standard clients
    and servers use the 'rdate' name themselves. It is also to
    distinguish this module from the NTP (RFC 1119) and SNTP (RFC 2030)
    clients that exist.

  enteredby:   GBROWN (Gavin Brown)
  enteredon:   Mon Sep  2 12:25:04 2002 GMT

The resulting entry would be:

Net::
::RDate bdpOp An object-oriented API for the Time Protocol GBROWN
