The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

rationale:
This module provides users with an interface to the classic EZTWAIN
library, whichs gives users the possibility to scan images to a file
or to the windows clipboard. Since there are no modules (yet) for
scanner devices (for as far I know), I thought it would be usefull
to create a subclass Scanner. This allows developers to create other
interfaces to windows scanner devices whithout having namespace
problems, these modules could live happily next to
Win32::Scanner::EZTWAIN. Hence the namespace choice.

The resulting entry would be:
Win32::Scanner::
::EZTWAIN anpOp An interface to the classic EZTWAIN library LENNERTO
