This module provides access to telescope parameters such as
location, altitude and mechanical limits. These are necessary to
determine whether an astronomical target can be observed. Over 70
telescopes are currently supported.
There is no module on CPAN that provides this functionality (this
module used to be part of my Astro::Coords module but has now been
spun off since it makes more sense to be distinct from a coordinate
transformation distribution).
