I've done a small module to handle tomcat4 administration (through the "manager" interface). It's not a big module, only a small wrapper around LWP. I've not find any module to do such work. The first name I think is "Tomcat::Manager" and someone else propose "HTTP::Tomcat::Manager" (as the manager interface use HTTP). I'd rather Tomcat::Manager as http is just the protocol used but I can change if you find the second is better.
