I'm afraid you lost it :) A simple thing as a portable implementation of the command-line `which' utility doesn't seem to exist in Perl. This modules has its origins in mod_perl 2.0 and the new mod_perl site, which needed an implementation of this, and has further been developed to be more cross-platform (atleast supports Win32 and Unix now). As it deals with executable files, the File:: namespace seems appropriate. The ::Which part is pretty self-descriptive too. enteredby: PEREINAR (Per Einar Ellefsen) enteredon: Wed Apr 24 13:09:38 2002 GMT The resulting entry would be: File:: ::Wich bdpfp Portable implementation of `which' PEREINAR Thanks for registering, The Pause Team PS: The following links are only valid for module list maintainers: Registration form with editing capabilities: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_mod&USERID=67100000_83e0ca63414fa41c&SUBMIT_pause99_add_mod_preview=1 Immediate (one click) registration: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_mod&USERID=67100000_83e0ca63414fa41c&SUBMIT_pause99_add_mod_insertit=1
