rationale:
Pod::HtmlTree creates a hierarchy of interlinked HTML documents
from a collection of *.pm files in a module distribution.
If you write a new module, all you need to do is call a the
function pod2htmltree() in Pod::HtmlTree to create browsable HTML
documents from all its source files.
Pod::HtmlTree uses Pod::Html to transform individual files and adds
functionality to it by searching the module tree and updating the
SEE ALSO section with all modules in the distribution and their doc
and source links.
