Initial contrribution will be server and client scripts for secure-email-printing.
These are intended to enable Windows or other client machines to email
jobs for printing to a remote server using GPG encrytion. Long jobs are
broken into multiple parts (ref: FRC 2046) and re-assembled in correct
order at the server.
It is likely that there will be subsequent scripts relating to file transmision,
Unix administration, Postscript processing, etc.
