I'd like to propose a new new entry in the modulelist:

rationale:
I thought about File::Rsync::Lib, File::Librsync, Librsync and a few
variations, and none of them seemed appropriate. While it probably
makes sense to have "rsync" in the name, the module doesn't offer any
"rsync" functionality, as it just creates and applies deltas and the
only commandline utility built for librsync is called "rdiff". (and
File::Rsync is taken). Will soon upload, so this is the time to make
name changes ;)
If somebody points out an existing librsync interface for perl I'll be
very unhappy, but I looked and didn't find any ;)
