I'm about to release a perl module. Its purpose is to manage windows on a text/console terminal using ANSI sequences. This module uses massively backbuffering and thus reduces a lot the amount of data sent other the net by using diff operations between each terminal refresh. This module allows color, cursor moving and even scrolling operations. I would like to get a user-id on CPAN in order to donate my module to the Perl community.
