This distribution appears to contain the Unix::Syslog module. You should
be able to install that module with
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Unix::Syslog'
.. Note that the current version appears to be 0.98, which is now in a
file called Unix-Syslog-0.98.tar.gz (version 0.97 and below are simply
Syslog-x.yy.tar.gz).
Or find them in your favourite CPAN mirror under the directory
..../CPAN/authors/id/M/MH/MHARNISCH/ .
