I've seen on http://www.cpan.org/modules/04pause.html that it's better
to submit names to other people before you upload modules...

I think Unicode::Transliterate is not too bad because it's meant to
perform transliteration services (i.e. Latin -> Katakana, Interindic,
etc) services on unicode strings using IBM's C/C++ ICU libraries.

Does it sound good enough?
