No, too deep. A standalone framework like this one could easily be granted its own top-level (with a sufficiently unique name), but certainly no lower than right under AI::. I agree that AI::Mind:: is still not unique enough. Why not Mentifex:: ? You can be pretty sure no one will try to use that one later on.
