Description of intended contributions:
Currently I have two contributions planned - one based arround the SAP RFC api (
http://www.sap.com ), this comes in two flavours SAP::Rfc for direct RFC ( Remote
Function Call ) to an SAP server, and the other is SAP::BC::XMLRFC which is asuite
that enables connectivity via SAPs' Business Connector using XML-RPC style calls.
The second set of contributions is a series of modules for connectivity with Jabber
servers using the JAX part of the JECL libraries ( http://jabber.tigris.org ) - these
libraries are the basis of the new opensource Jabber server ( http://www.jabelin.org )
that will eventually supercede the orriginal ( at http://www.jabber.org ). The first
module is called Jabber::JAX::Component.
Additionally I have a tutorial/discussion paper on using Inline ( at
http://www.ompa.net/perl2c2perl2c.pl ) that discusses using Inline and C++ to do kind
of recursive embedding of perl calling c++ calling perl calling c++ ...
