The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       Config::Secure
  DSLIP:       ampfp
  description: Module to read protected conf data from PSC

  rationale:

    Config::Secure goes hand in hand with another project of my PSC
    (Perl Secure Conf) http://psc.sourceforge.net. PSC is a setuid C
    program which serves as a wrapper to perl scripts. It opens a
    protected file and then drops priviledge, execing your perl script
    and leaving the protected file handle available to the script.
    Config::Secure reads and parses from this filehandle, and sets $0 to
    be the path of the wrapper. I don't know of any other modules that
    do anything similar, though I may be mistaken.
