This is a revision of a previous request for Template::TPL, It is
clear to me that the module will be better off in the HTML::
namespace with a more meaningfull name. I have opted for
HTML::Processor which really is the prime function of the module The
module has been uploaded & is now available in:
http://pause.perl.org/pub/PAUSE/authors/id/P/PS/PSCHNELL/
