Until recently, I (FIMM) was the maintainer of the Net::IRC
module. Pete Sergeant (SARGIE) has agreed to take it over, but PAUSE
seems to have no mechanism for performing such a transfer of
responsibility. Anyone know how I'd go about giving him "ownership" of
the module?
