The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       IPTables::IPv4::IPQueue
  DSLIP:       RdcOg
  description: IPTables userspace packet queuing
  userid:      JMORRIS (James Morris)
  chapterid:    5 (Networking_Devices_IPC)
  communities:
    Netfilter mailing lists, see: http://netfilter.samba.org/

  similar:
    IPChains IPChains::PortFW

  rationale:

    This module (also known as perlipq) is is a Perl extension to Linux
    2.4+ IPTables userspace packet queueing (libipq).

    The choice of namespace is based on the existence of the IPChains
    namespace, which is the basis for Perl extensions to Linux 2.2
    firewalling.

    Note that this namespace fits well with an extension to IPTables
    (libiptc) developed by another author, announced in the following
    post:
    http://lists.samba.org/pipermail/netfilter/2001-April/010493.html

    This namespace scheme should also allow for possible future
    development of extensions for other "complex" IPTables targets such
    as ULOG and IPPool.

    I feel that this module should be in the module list so that it is
    more accessible to people who wish to experiment with and develop
    security applications.

  enteredby:   JMORRIS (James Morris)
  enteredon:   Wed Jul 18 09:37:36 2001 GMT

The resulting entry would be:

IPTables::IPv4::
::IPQueue RdcOg IPTables userspace packet queuing JMORRIS
