Hi there. My ID is SARGIE. I'm a little confused about how to go about registering modules. Firstly, I'm the new maintainer for Net::IRC, and thus would like Net::IRC-0.71 which is currently only available from my ID's directory to be accessible from by-module/Net. Secondly, do I need to register URI::Describe and URI::Sequin? Thanks for the help +Pete
