The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       Lingua::KR::Hangul
  DSLIP:       cdpOo
  description: Basis function for Hangul character
  userid:      OKLETSGO (Park, Jong-Pork)
  chapterid:   11 (String_Lang_Text_Proc)
  communities:
    han.comp.lang.perl newsgroup, nownuri service that such as aol.

  rationale:

    Hangul means Korean alphabet and it is 2bytes character. So one
    character is made up of 2 to 5 alphabets.

    This module split alphabets from one character. And will offer
    several functions.

    This module will be basis for the Korean morpheme, syllable and
    other modules and will be Korean first module. (Then, I will choose
    other name space for speciality modules)

    I am proud of to release Korean first perl module.

    Thank you.
