HTTP::DAV is unmaintained and very uncomplete
rationale:
Webdav is http extention and new standard for writing to a server
via http. It's becoming more and more important and I think it's a
must for a Perl to have access to it. The namespace is choose
because it fit very well into the other NET modules, which all
provides client access to a network services.
