This package is used by Log::Detect, and creates a summary logfile
of the error encountered, so Log:: seemed the best namespace.
The package allows die messages to instead be just printed out, and
then the program can later exit if there is a error. This is very
useful for parsers and such, where the user would like to see more
then one syntax error before bombing.
