Namespace/module list

Hello,

When I originally requested a CPAN Id (Oct. 2000) I had listed the 
namespace Lutherie::FretCalc. I uploaded this module to my CPAN directory 
last month. If this namespace is OK (and the module itself not too 
esoteric), then please consider it as an addition to the module list.
