Currently we face a huge backlog of requests. We try to supply CPAN
ids as fast as possible.
For the registry of modules:
- you can upload the modules to CPAN without registering
- discuss the use, naming and such, in comp.lang.perl.modules
- when this stabilizes, submit a registry reguest (DSLI entry) to
the modules list.
