I would like to contribute a Perl module that is a wrapper for the QuickBase
HTTP API.
You can see the module at: http://developer.intuit.com/quickbase/
The module also contains a real parser for CSV (comma separated values)
data. The parser uses a state machine to properly parse fields with embedded
new lines.
