Hello:
I want to inquire about the availability of CPAN namespace for
'CipherText' an ASCII encryption module I have developed.
I have filed for patent protection on the algorithm. It has
desireable capabilities and features. It is useful for various applications
that require the CipherText message domain to be compatible with default
HTTP standards.
Internet applications include Email message encryption and
HTML Page Tag encryption. I am exploring uses for general data encryption within
server datafiles and indexes that are used for user authentication
etc...
I plan to do some testing of a method to use CipherText
to cipher CGI querystring information in the common CGI
parser.
Please let me know if I can make my work available at
CPAN?
